Commission Process

This is only for my VRChat customization services, and does not yet include fully custom avatars.Please note: discounts must be agreed upon before paying via ko-fi, so if you believe you may be eligible for a discount (via discord membership or gifting a base) please contact me BEFORE paying via ko-fi

  1. Read my Terms of Service and available services, and read them carefully. Failure to comply will result in an immediate blacklisting, and will not include a refund.

  2. Fill out and pay via the Ko-Fi listing to the best of your ability. Proof of ownership is required for any bases and/or assets involved in the process, and anything that I do not yet own can be paid for via you initial ko-fi listing.

  3. Contact me via Discord with proof of ownership for bases you'd like to use, via having the respective verified role in the discord server for the base. If you are using a base I do not yet own, you have the opportunity to gift via Jinxxy or Gumroad via email. If you have any other.

  4. You may be added to a waitlist, even after paying in full. There are no guarantees that your commission will be completed before a certain dates, and I do not offer rushed orders.

  5. If you have paid your commission will be completed. If you have additional add-ons that you'd like to add, you may do so before or while I'm working on your commission. If it's requested before completion I will give you a discount code to remove the base fee.

TERMS OF SERVICE

  1. All purchases are FINAL, if you are not satisfied with the product you paid for, I will not offer refunds, however please contact me as I will still do what I can to fix bugs or things you want changed or fixed. There will be no refunds, no exceptions. Chargebacks WILL be fought. Any payment will be via Ko-Fi an Ko-Fi only.

  2. I reserve the right to use my work in social media posts Avatars links and files themselves will not be shared in social media posts, however I may use the avatar itself on my personal account for reference photos for my portfolio or social media posts. If I do so, I may or may not ping or @ you or your social media account in the post(s) as credit for the design or customer.

  3. Any and all assets' TOS must be followed, as in if the product's TOS says both parties must own a copy of the product, we must both own a copy of the product. Piracy is unacceptable, and I will require proof of purchase on any applicable assets before I accept the commission. Any assets I do not previously own will need to be purchased by the commissioner and sent directly to me via Gumroad or Booth. If you do not know how to do this I will happily walk you through it.

  4. I reserve my right to refuse any commission I will accept most commissions, but if I suspect malice in the commission, if there are hateful symbols, phrases, or any association with the like requested, I will refuse the commission (including but not limited to: pentagrams and other satanic imagery, swa**cas, slurs, political imagery, hate speech etc)

  5. Failure to follow Terms of Service will result in an immediete blacklisting there are no exceptions. I don't have patience for things like that. If you try to get a friend to do a commission for you, you will both be blacklisted.

So long as you do not infringe on my ability to express my beliefs and opinions I will not infringe on yours. Christians are called to respect, welcome, love everyone (platonically) as they are, regardless of their sins or what they define as sins, and the lgbtq community tends to brandish itself as a welcoming community (though it doesn't tend to be as often as it claims in my experience). I do not claim to be perfect at this but I, having lived in conservative and liberal circles for years, have witnessed what happens when people are accepted as they are.
